Uomo Born in Roma Coral Fantasy by Valentino is a bold, vivid woody aromatic fragrance launched in 2022 and created by Nicolas Beaulieu and Jean-Christophe Hérault — the men’s counterpart to the Donna Coral Fantasy, sharing the same exuberant Roman spirit but expressed through a distinctly masculine lens. It opens with a lively, spiced brightness of red apple, cardamom, and Calabrian bergamot — fresh, fruity, and immediately energising — before deepening into a sophisticated aromatic heart of lavender, Bourbon geranium, and clary sage. The heart is the fragrance’s creative centrepiece: the classic lavender and geranium combination elevated by the herbal, slightly smoky warmth of clary sage into something genuinely distinctive and modern. The dry-down is rich and deeply masculine: tobacco leaf, patchouli, and Haitian vetiver creating a warm, earthy, smoky depth that lingers with the confident, unhurried presence of a man entirely at ease in the eternal city.
